I dislike people who think too much of their work and cover the image in in copyright marks and small resolution! Because there is no point in SHOWING the work anyways!
Here look at my work, but you cant see it as it was intended to be seen because I am afraid people will steal it and make T-shirts out of it.
Is the photographer publishing a book or calendar????? If not then there is no reason to post small images.
